You must use INAIVOM only for lawful and legitimate matrimonial purposes.
Communication tools are provided to facilitate matrimonial interactions. Members remain responsible for their own communications and decisions.
You must not send spam, abusive messages, unlawful content, deceptive requests, unsolicited commercial promotions or inappropriate material through INAIVOM.
INAIVOM may provide free and paid membership features. Available features, prices, validity periods and usage limits may differ between plans.
The specific benefits applicable to a purchase are those displayed or otherwise communicated at the time of purchase.
Purchasing a membership does not guarantee a match, response, engagement, marriage or any particular matrimonial outcome.
Paid services must be purchased through payment methods made available on the platform. You are responsible for providing accurate billing information and for authorised use of the selected payment method.
Payment processing may be performed by third-party payment service providers and may also be subject to their applicable terms and policies.
Refunds, cancellations and related matters are governed by INAIVOM's applicable Refund & Cancellation Policy.

A verification indicator reflects only the scope of checks actually performed and information available at the relevant time. It must not be interpreted as a guarantee of a person's identity, character, intentions, compatibility, conduct or future behaviour.
Users should independently evaluate information and exercise appropriate judgment before proceeding with any matrimonial relationship.
INAIVOM provides a platform for matrimonial discovery and communication. Users are responsible for exercising appropriate care when interacting with other members.
You retain responsibility for profile information, photographs, documents, messages and other material you submit to INAIVOM.
By submitting content, you represent that you have the rights and permissions necessary to provide that content and permit INAIVOM to process, store, display and otherwise use it as reasonably necessary to operate and provide the platform, subject to applicable law and the Privacy Policy.
The collection, use, storage and handling of personal information through INAIVOM are governed by the applicable Privacy Policy and related notices.

INAIVOM facilitates matrimonial discovery, profile presentation and communication. Except where expressly stated otherwise, INAIVOM does not make matrimonial decisions on behalf of users and is not a party to relationships, discussions, engagements, marriages or private arrangements between members.
User-submitted information may not always be independently verified. Users should therefore perform appropriate due diligence before relying on information provided by another member.
